| Online returns: To initiate a return online, click here to start your return. Alternatively, you may also log into your account page to select the order. Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label. Pack your item(s) securely with the packing slip and affix your shipping label on the package, then follow the drop-off instructions. Please read here for the Century 21 Stores Return Policy. |

In-store returns: To return item(s) in-store, please bring the item(s) to the store with your receipt and your original payment method. A Century 21 Store associate will assist you at checkout.
